Gardening together

This project holds a special place in my heart, as it allowed me to combine my passion for app development with my love for gardening and sustainable living. Below, I outline the features and benefits of the Gardening Together app, along with the wonderful experience of collaborating with the board to create something truly unique and impactful.

Features of the Gardening Together App:

1. User-Friendly Interface:  A simple, intuitive, and visually appealing interface, ensuring that users of all ages and technical backgrounds can effortlessly navigate and engage with the app.
2. Location-Based Search: The app utilizes geolocation technology to help users discover shared gardens and gardening events in their local community, encouraging face-to-face connections.
3. Community Forums: To foster a sense of belonging, I integrated community forums where gardeners can connect, ask questions, share experiences, and exchange valuable tips, creating a thriving virtual community.

4. Private and Group Chats: Users can engage in private one-on-one conversations or form group chats with like-minded individuals who share a common interest, making it easier to plan activities, discuss specific topics, or collaborate on gardening projects.

5. Photo and File Sharing: The chat feature allows gardeners to share images of their plants, garden layouts, and gardening triumphs. Additionally, users can exchange files such as gardening guides, tipsheets, and more, enhancing the knowledge-sharing aspect of the app.
